Notify relevant task leads of project timelines, milestones, phases, work requests, target dates, and approved executable data management related tasks. <br>3. Identify and manage project risk, and develop risk mitigation strategies, and track to closure. <br>4. Monitor project milestones and phases and take corrective action as needed to ensure the project remains on schedule. <br>5. Direct data collection activities for performance-based contracting among applicable vendors and counties.<br>6. Manage data reporting plan to ensure timeliness and accuracy or data collection, analysis and reporting.<br>7. Monitor the activities of the Performance Analysis Services (PAS) vendor to ensure contract compliance.<br>8. Solicit, collect and compile recommendations for data management systems improvements to support project objectives.<br>9. Coordinate and facilitate all reporting to ODP’s Provider Performance Review Subcommittee. <br>10. Coordinate and facilitate all reporting for ODP’s Quarterly Provider Forums or successor venues. <br>11. Manage data governance process for performance-based contracting reporting to external parties.<br>12. Maintain performance-based contracting measure sets data definitions and documentation.<br>13.
